These terms govern your participation in the crazikktweaks Partner Program.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to join fully. If you are at least 15 years old, you may participate with a parent or legal guardian who connects for earnings.
- You may participate as an individual or a business entity.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
- Only one partner account is allowed per person/entity unless explicitly approved.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate an account at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.
3. Program Description
As a partner, you will receive a unique promo code and/or referral link to promote crazikktweaks products.
- Commissions: You earn a commission on net sales (excluding taxes and refunds) generated through your unique code.
- Tracking: Conversions are tracked via your unique promo code usage at checkout.
- Verification: Commissions are subject to a verification period (typically 14-30 days) to account for refunds or chargebacks.
4. Commissions & Payouts
- Commission Rate: The standard commission rate and specific terms will be visible in your partner dashboard. Rates may vary based on performance tiers.
- Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed monthly for earnings that have cleared the verification period.
- Minimum Payout: The minimum payout threshold is €25 (EUR). Earnings below this amount will roll over to the next month.
- Payment Method: Payouts are made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- Invoicing: Invoicing is handled via self-billing, which you agree to upon registration. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.
- Fraud: We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we detect suspicious activity, self-referrals, or fraudulent transactions.
5. Prohibited Promotion Methods
To protect our brand, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming (email, social media comments, direct messages).
- Fake reviews or misleading claims about the product.
- Promoting on adult, illegal, or offensive websites.
- Using your own affiliate code for your own purchases (self-referral).
- Impersonating crazikktweaks or claiming to be an official employee.
6. Termination
- We may terminate your participation in the program immediately if you violate these terms.
- In the event of termination due to violation (e.g., fraud, spam), pending commissions may be forfeited.
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient).
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee any specific amount of earnings.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses associated with your participation in the program.
- We are not responsible for technical interruptions or tracking failures beyond our reasonable control.
- The program and software are provided "as is".
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
